Thanks for your previous suggestions, dear Gemini...

I apologise in advance, dear Gemini, if this response is too contextually
complex (please do not take it as a disparagement of your abilities)...
well, I will readily partition my response below...

Now I am talking about two files:

1) set with 107 classes, what you've suggested
   to map under

   Sociological_Social_Structures_And_Institutions ⊑
       Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
           Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

I have done all of these 107 mappings accurately and completely, except for 4
classes. These 4 classes were previously classified differently, details later.

2) and the set of 150 classes which previously remained as unclassified under

    Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
        Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

The CROSS SET of the two sets (contains 102 classes) can be found
in the uploaded file crossSet_ofClasses_102.txt

The SYMMETRICAL DIFFERENCE of the two sets (contains 53 classes) can be found
in the uploaded file symmDiff_ofClasses_53.txt

-------------

And now about those 4 classes:

    Education,
    Gender_Roles,
    Government_And_Politics,
    Healthcare

which you've suggested to classify under

   Sociological_Social_Structures_And_Institutions ⊑
       Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
           Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

The problem is: they were previously classified differently, as shown here:

Education ⊑
    Sociological_Processes_of_Socialization_and_Development ⊑
        Social_Processes_General (BFO_0000015 process) ⊑
            Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

Gender_Roles ⊑
    Social_Roles (BFO_0000023 role) ⊑
            Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

Government_And_Politics ⊑
    Sociological_Academic_Disciplines_And_Fields ⊑
        Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
            Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

Healthcare
    Sociological_Academic_Disciplines_And_Fields
        Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
            Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

I'd have the following possible actions (would there be others ?):

1) they stay as above and solve the "multiple superclass" problem as already
discussed (using an object property) ?

2) they stay in the places listed above and do not move under the class you
just specified, no relation to the previously specified ones ?

3) move all 4 classes and solve the "multiple superclass" problem in the
way already discussed (using an object property) ?

4) move all 4 classes under the class you just specified, with no relation
to the previously specified ones ?

I've selectted the option 2) - If you, dear Gemini, disagree with any of
this, I would welcome your suggestions.

As for the suggestion of additional intermediate classes under

      Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017 realizable entity) ⊑
           Sociology (BFO_0000001 entity)

I would like to suggest that (as appropriate) these subclasses
should be taken from the 53 elements of the uploaded file
symmDiff_ofClasses_53.txt.

Thanks in advance for all this :)

==================================================================

Dear Gemini,

I apologise again, dear Gemini, if this response would be contextually too
complex (please do not take it as a disparagement of your abilities)...
well, I will readily partition my response below...

So allow me to mention three issues to you.

--- 1) ---
I believe, in fact I am absolutely certain, that we have elaborated on the
issues related to the

    Degradation_Ceremony ⊑ http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BFO_0000015

topic. Please do not take this
the wrong way, but mentioning it again (just like the
joyful but repeated mention of the fact that "there are now no
classes inferred to be owl:Nothing") gives me, as your communication partner,
the feeling that you have made a communication
glissando on your part. I apologize for even mentioning this fact...

--- 2) ---
Much more significant is your suggestion when you propose 116 items for
the subclasses of the new
Sociological_Social_Relationships_And_Organization class,
 while I informed
that only 53 items remained to be classified.

These were contained in the text file named symmDiff_ofClasses_53.txt.

It follows from all this (since both your suggestions and the files I sent
only contain unique class names) that your
last suggestion contains 116 - 53 = 62 classes that
were already classified (I saw no point in collecting these individually
).

I thought I would elaborate on this problem as follows:
I classified your suggestion for the classification of the 116 classes
you mentioned and the cross set of 53 classes in the symmDiff_ofClasses_53.txt file
as a subclass of the proposed class named Sociological_Social_Relationships_And_Organization.

Let me note that I no longer perform the selections manually
: I use simple application tools suitable for performing union, cross set, symmetric
difference, and extraction set operations (without error) :)

--- 3) ---
Carefully analyzing our communications so far, I regret to note that
we have started using two different names for the SAME CLASS
(the identity of their subclasses suggests that these are classes with identical content)

    Sociological_Research_Methodologies_And_Tools and
    Sociological_Research_Methods_And_Concepts

However, let's not waste time on this. I have elaborated on the problem.

MY SUGGESTIONS AND FURTHER REQUESTS:

a) I uploaded the almost completely classified SO ontology
class structure together with its BFO mapping. The file name is:
   SO_struct_and_BFO_mapping.txt

This point of my proposal can also be considered a significant synchronization
attempt: here we are, this is the current (consistent and
at least syntactically correct, tested version).

b) I uploaded the Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017
realizable entity) but not yet classified
: there are 22 of them. The file name is:
   remainedUnclassified_BFO_0000017_items.txt

c) I would appreciate your help, dear Gemini, in providing at least one intermediate
class definition for each of these 22 classes (if I may ask: (if I may ask:
together with the intermediate class annotation)

d) as can be seen from the SO_struct_and_BFO_mapping.txt file,
there are also a large number of unclassified subclasses
under the subclasses of Sociological_Concepts_And_Theories (BFO_0000017
   realizable entity) (for example, the
   subclass named Sociological_Social_Structures_And_Institutions
with 97 classes)... perhaps it would be worthwhile to further classify these
   (=by defining additional intermediate classes)

Thank you very much in advance for your work and guidance, dear Gemini...
